Upload up to five clear JPG, PNG or WEBP images, each under 10 MB. For a pet necklace, show the face and distinctive markings. For a wedding couple, include both faces, hairstyles and the outfits you want us to recreate. Separate photos of each person are welcome. Natural light and unfiltered images help us see the details.

Small is approximately 2 cm: a delicate choice for everyday wear. Large is approximately 3 cm: a more noticeable portrait, also suitable for decorative use. We create portraits of dogs, cats, rabbits and birds. Explore the pet necklace.

Couple Only includes two personalized figures without a surrounding scene. Couple with Scene adds a setting around the pair. The gallery shows design examples; tell us which direction you like in your notes. Pets, extra figures and special accessories are not automatically included. Please ask us about these before ordering.

Each piece is a handmade interpretation. Pet necklaces focus on recognizable expressions and markings; wedding figures use a playful miniature style rather than photorealistic likeness. Small variations in shape, painting and finish are part of the handcraft.

Pet necklaces require 7–10 days of hands-on craftsmanship, with shipping time additional. Wedding figurines have a separate production schedule. If you need a wedding or gift by a certain date, contact us before ordering so we can check timing. Please do not assume the pet necklace timeline applies to figurines.

Yes. A couple's outfits, a meaningful pose or a wedding scene can make the gift personal. If you are ordering for friends, gather clear reference photos and describe the details you want included. Ask us before ordering if you need a surprise delivered by a particular date.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. What can be changed depends on the stage of making. For questions about changes, cancellations or returns, ask us before placing your order.

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Making time and delivery time are separate. If delivery timing is important, check with us before ordering. Ask the studio about delivery.

Keep the clay pendant dry. Remove it before showering, swimming or exercise, and avoid perfume, cleaning products and knocks. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store separately from other jewelry.

Display indoors in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Lift from the base rather than small decorative details. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush; do not wash or soak the piece.
